Cheering this week has been a daily diet of Rick Stein's Cornwall, some new Grand Designs, and a film I enjoyed so much I watched it twice (on consecutive evenings). Enola Holmes may not be everyone's cup of tea but it put a big smile on my face. I loved the score (e.g. this track and this), the sets, the costumes, the fact that Sherlock shows enough emotion to warrant legal action (by the Conan Doyle estate), and the general daftness of it - it's a lot of fun! You can find it on Netflix.

Enola Holmes was very well done and fun to watch. I'd love to see a follow-up!

For some reason I didn't have high hopes for it, but I was very quickly won over!

So would I!

Thanks for the tip. I found this entertaining although I probably wouldn't watch it twice!
Are you a fan of Call my Agent? New series starts tomorrow and I can't wait.

The Netflix was better than the book. Hope they film a whole series. Charming and a great break from bad news.
