Dr. Rupy Aujla's The Doctor's Kitchen (post here) and Eat to Beat Illness continue to be the cookery books we use most often, typically several times a week.
The doctor has just released online his chapter on supporting the immune system, and regularly puts out recipes, short videos and podcasts aimed at maintaining or improving health through lifestyle practices and nutritional medicine.
I know that for many it's not easy to shop at the moment, but I wanted to flag up this good resource to help us get the most out of the meals we are able to make.
