Are my knitting skills up to trying something like this... Presumably the raised stitches are travelling stitches, like in Aran knitting?

I found it quite straightforward, Christine. The raised stitches are single stitch cables, and although the pattern asks for a cast on that was new to me - Judy's Magic Cast On - I looked up a Youtube video or two and had no bother at all.
