Spring colours

The book: I'm no bird-watcher, but so far I'm very taken by this beautiful piece of nature writing*.

The wool: 'Lost Penny' (Zion merino/silk/cashmere) from here.

The flowers: Muscari - Valerie Finnis, armeniacum, and latifolium; Brunnera Jack Frost.

These pictures are so pleasing to the eye on a wet Friday morning. A book to look out for ,like the idea it takes you through the year of birdwatching. Anne

The wool must be so soft and lovely to knit! Would like to have a look through the book, I always enjoy bird watching.

Reading about the lark, this week I discovered Nigel Kennedy playing 'The Lark Ascending' by Vaughn Williams. Wonderful!
