What a lovely looking book I just checked it out on amazon UK, thank you for the link Cornflower. Now I'm intrigued by oat "Bannocks" which I'm guessing are a type of English muffin made on oats.

Love all her recipes, so will be on the look out for this new one. Knowing she trained as a doctor gives me confidence in her ability to create healthy recipes which both look and taste delicious.
