The quickest, simplest brownies ever from Nigella's new book, Simply Nigella: Feel Good Food. They contain only three ingredients: Nutella, eggs, and a pinch of salt.
Nigella says she has never seen anything disappear from a plate faster than these, and they certainly went down well here. You might add some cocoa powder to deepen the flavour, but there's no real need to gild the lily.
I don't believe that Nigella can actually eat food like this if she manages to look younger and thinner than she did 10 years ago! I am a fan, though, and generally love her stuff.

Perhaps she abstains and leaves them all to her children!

There are a few alternatives to Nutella that don't have artificial vanilla. I actually did a post a while back about it. http://lettersfromahillfarm.blogspot.com/2015/08/product-placementchocolate-hazelnut.html
