I've had little time for knitting or needlework lately, but my week away did see some progress on the Leo scarf which has been on the go for far longer than I care to mention. I am almost at the half way point, and have decided to make it shorter than specified as I don't need it about my knees, so I'm nearing the home straight.
(I'm working it inside out, and didn't want to risk dropped stitches by turning it right way out for the picture, but maybe this is an unorthodox method.)
I'm amused to see that there are very few of these scarves listed on Ravelry, most are works-in-progress, one got just beyond the first pattern repeat and was then 'converted' by its maker to become a jumper for a small child, meanwhile another knitter estimates that there's about three sweaters' worth of work involved in the scarf!
On I go ...
I am so impressed and insist on a photo when it's finished (which I'm sure will be soon).

A single row per day will see it finished by early October, but the best laid plans ....

That is way beyond my capabilities I'm afraid - it's going to look fantastic and you will be so proud when it is finished.

I hope so!
I see the kit has gone up hugely in price since I bought it - another indication of just how long this has been in the making.

I think it's wonderful and you'll be proud to wear it!
I knit socks inside out but I know not everyone does.

Glad I'm not an aberration!
