Mr Cornflower

You told me the soap is scented with " a crisp Italian bergamot, wild flower and fig fragrance". Cornflower readers, I have to reveal that Pip and Mollie do smell, but not like that.

Dark Puss

I'd rather have the real ones any day! Novelty soap is not my thing at all.

LOL - I've seen the spaniel version of these at an equally ridiculous price in Switzerland! At that price, I prefer how my Cocker smells (hot feet!). Having said that, when I took her to be groomed on holiday in France, she was returned to me powdered and perfumed for about the same price as that soap...!

Cornflower

Nor mine, and I wouldn't want to see the little dog melting away, either.

Cornflower

Having had a Cocker I know how much grooming (compared to the low-maintenance Labrador) is involved - where bathing is concerned, ours just go into any handy expanse of open water!

Cornflower

Would you like me to tuck a lavender bag or two inside their beds?

Darlene

Oh my goodness, Mr C made me laugh with his comment about the girls' aroma. Those gorgeous soaps remind me of a sweet little nest of robin's egg soaps in a posh shop I pop into every now and then. I simply 'visit' the little things as they're ridiculously expensive but oh so sweet!

Cornflower

I've seen those robin's egg soaps and they are lovely (I'd be tempted, though not by the price ...).
