Oh you were one of the lucky people who were able to get hot tickets! I'm going there tomorrow for a storytelling session with my daughter. I love the atmosphere of the book festival!

Oh, good! I was concerned that you had gone off to Lewis just as the whole event was about to begin and I wondered why you'd miss this Festival right on your doorstep, so to speak! Aren't these deck chairs great!

No, the holiday had to be timed to allow for the Festival (and I had to stand my ground in the face of family opposition because various sporting opportunities - which they were keen to take - are said to be better the later in the summer you go!).
