I've just tried this recipe for flatbread (that's one cooking there, 2-3 minutes per side in the griddle pan on the fast hob) and the results are very good indeed. I used the suggested mixture of plain and wholemeal flour but I added some sesame and poppy seeds, too, and I'd certainly do that again as the breads were full of flavour and perfect with our supper of roasted vegetables and grilled halloumi.
