I clicked here hoping you'd have Friday flowers and what a delight! They are beautiful.I have one little splash of white under the trees in my garden, the hellebores are just opening. A sunny weekend might encourage them.

knittingoutloud

Wow are these flowering in your garden now? We are having another snow storm.

Your desk is beautiful (needs some knitting).

Jo

What lovely flowers I have never seen them before. And very cheery as well!

Cornflower

Yes, my hellebores are on the way, too.

Cornflower

Kathy, it's been quite mild here for the past few days so suddenly there is some colour in the garden. When will your snow end?

Cornflower

I've always just left those flowers growing in the garden, but today I thought I'd pick one head and see if it will last any time in water - even if it turns out to be not much good for cutting it's brightening my desk (!) just now.

Elizabeth

They're beautiful - I can't imagine why some people would be'sniffy' about them! I'm going to try and fnd some for our garden.

Anji

Enjoy your flowers, they're lovely. The wind has been howling here all day and we have been told to expect the rain that is currently falling to develop into snow, oh joy! Maybe this is winter's last hurrah and we can start to move towards spring.

Mystica

Never seen or heard of them before. They are such a soft shade of pink. Absolutely beautiful.

Dark Puss

I'm sure you can imagine!

I have no idea why I don't like them much, but I don't!

Rebecca

Ooh I am not sniffy about them at all, I love everything that is brave enough to put on a show at this time if year.

Ros

The flowers are pretty but they are overpowered by the ugly (in my opinion) leaves, so I am afraid that I am a 'sniffy' one.
