We're just back from a long weekend staying with family in Devon. While I sort out my photographs, here are some snaps of a litter of pups belonging to friends we visited there.
They are only two weeks old so it'll be a while before they can leave Molly, their very gentle, tolerant mother. Of course we were tempted to pocket a couple, though getting them through security at Exeter airport to bring them home might have been a challenge!
They're gorgeous!!!

Oh, aren't they adorable. I love their black colour against their mother's red coat.
And she looks so tired.

I hope Molly's pups find loving homes.

Oh my goodness, they're so sweet! Well done, Molly.

Oh! So adorable they are! And I hope Dark Puss is not reading this...
How many are they? I can't count them.
Speaking of dogs, I read recently Thy servant a dog By Rudyard Kipling. Have you read it?

Irresistible... are they perhaps Field Spaniels or Setters of some kind? Since I have an English Cocker Spaniel, I'm susceptible to the type anyway ;)) sooo sweet...
