If I were to say ...

... white chocolate and cardamom rosewater sponge

... very lemony crunch cake

... pistachio and orange blossom cake

... whisky, date and walnut cake,

and sticky toffee cupcakes with salted caramel buttercream,

... would I be tempting you?

Suffice to say that I'm sold, for apart from all of the above, when I saw that Fiona Cairns puts cornflowers on her cakes, I had to get her book.

I got this last week - it is by far the prettiest book I've seen this year. Lovely tempting lovely book.
