Snippets of tweed! Coasters - currently in use on my desk, among other places - and a heart which I might scent with lavender oil and hang in the linen cupboard, or I could dangle it from the arm of Monty Mouse, in which case I'd see it all the time!
You might like to have a look at this clip of tweed on the catwalk, or this article about the show, or visit the industry's main website. The future looks exciting, whether for the traditional colours and patterns or the innovative new designs, in interiors as well as clothes.

I have a beautiful long Harris Tweed coat I bought at a charity shop for 5 dollars. The interior lining is in shreds, but the outer fabric is impeccable, despite years and years of wear and tear. What gorgeous, incredible quality. Glad to hear there are places where they still value quality and craftsmanship.

I have just bought a vintage "Dunn & Co" Harris tweed jacket at "Radio Days" in London. I note that the utterly wonderful FairyGothMother has some corset bustier in tweed (I know not if Harris) see here http://www.fairygothmother.co.uk/70-m24_8.htm A rather cute tweed corset from Katie Mosa also appealed, see http://www.katiemosa.com/ Another UK based enthusiast for using tweed in couture corsets is Eleanor Dalton http://elodiecouture.livejournal.com/
All rather different from my the days of my charcoal grey Harris tweed school jacket!
