Gorgeous! You have made me think I must learn to knit quite a few times, but this one might seal the deal. It is so lovely. Also intimidating. Would I ever be able to do something like that? Eeek.

Your hat is lovely. I like the colors and design very much. Also, your mattress seam is very timely...Susan is having a contest re: mattress seams. Here is the link:

And very nice it looks on Harriet too.
Your knitting is very regular and professional looking - and that seam, well! Looks great.

Cheryl

Lovely in all aspects...choice of yarn, pattern, seaming, model...!

carol

Wonderful - yarn, knitting and of course model. Thanks for sharing....

hello there, just found you and will 'follow' you, if I may? I have just learned to use this techneque, and it works, yippee!

Rebecca

Harriet makes a wonderful model, the hat looks beautiful on her. Gorgeous colour combination and how silky and lovely that yarn looks.

Lin

Lovely knits, the edging is so pretty.

Mrs C

Wow - beautiful. Many thanks for the link to the Knitty seam instructions. I'm not a fan of mattress stitch so may well give this a go the next time I have a seam to sew.

adele geras

I second all the above! Hat and Harriet both gorgeous....

Tara

What a lovely hat, and even lovlier model. Thanks to Harriet for making an appearance.
