It's Buy a Friend a Book Week again, so please put your name in the hat for our third prize draw. Back in January, "The Pursuit of Love" went to Canada, then in April, "Mrs. Miniver" crossed the Atlantic to reside in the US. Will there be a British or European winner this time, I wonder, or will it be the turn of the Antipodes or somewhere even more exotic?
The current prize is a book I mentioned here a while back. I've read it twice and loved it, but that's all I'll say for now as it has to be a surprise for the person who gets it. So please just leave a comment any time over the next few days and we'll have the draw next Saturday (the 7th.). You don't have to be a regular visitor to the site to enter, anyone just passing through is welcome, too, and previous winners are also eligible.
Please do have a go!
I am in for a free book! I also have a knitting book winging its way (well after the long weekend here) to you, Cornflower. Remember the Elizabeth Zimmermann book with a pattern for each month. I finally got another copy and it will be off to Edinburgh very shortly, so perhaps another book will pass it in flight!

I need something to read after a frantic few days at Woolfest. Curling up on a sofa with a book sounds perfect.

I'll toss my name into the hat :) And will probably be doing a similar thing chez Stuck-in-a-Book soon...

Have you ever thought of offering Spongy as a special treat? Just a thought.

What a nice thought that it's 'Buy A FRIEND A Book,' which sounds better than 'Buy A Stranger Who Comments On My Blog A Book.'
Please accept the saucy comment as my desire to be entered...!

The exhibition sounds delightful - wish I was in Edinburgh - looking forward to the creative output - a book would be a bonus - good luck everyone!
