I love the sea glass! It's too long since I've walked along Yellowcraigs beach collecting sea glass for the jar in the office. I must make amends!

Peg

So you are a beachcomber too! I have been known to come home with my pockets full of glass, stones, driftwood, etc. and also the pockets of those walking the beach with me. I love sea glass and what is that in the top pic? Have you read Sea Glass by Anita Shreve?
How big is that dear little boat? I wanted to be a mermaid when I was little - perhaps that is why I love to swim so much!

Charity

Oh, Karen you make my heart ache for the sea! I grew up on the Prairies, and I'm not sure where the deep love of the ocean came from, but it's there regardless. :0)

BTW, I have tried responding to a few of your emails, but they won't go through. :( I would love the cookie recipe, though, if you're still willing to share!

Ann

Goodness....you have done it now Karen! You have set to racing, the NE Scotland fisherfolk blood that flows through my being. We live a 3½ hour drive from the sea, and even before your photos, I was needing an ocean 'fix'. Now I need it even more. Once again your lovely photos have filled my thoughts with memories, hopes and dreams. Ann
